So I’ve been doing a fantastic job of cutting down to the point of being able to go days without cigarettes. Sorry I haven’t posted in such a long while but I’ve been busy so get over it ;) Anyways, on the issue of temptation… You need to remove the temptation of smoking cigarettes from yourself. You can’t trust yourself to be able to resist temptation when there is cigarette smoke being blown in your face. So if there is an opportunity to keep yourself away from direct cigarette smoke for a prolonged period of time, do it. There’s no wrong way to do this. Avoid smoke, avoid relapse.
