I've been smoking for a few years now. This is a chronicle of my experience quitting from day one until I no longer feel the urge for a cigarette. I hope this blog becomes inspirational to anyone else wants to quit but needs that extra push in the right direction.
I’ve been so tired lately. I’m up all night having little craving fits and I can’t seem to get my ass to sleep at an hour before 4 and recently its been 5 or 6 am that I can finally rest my head.
